With the holidays coming up, there’s only one thing on my mind – family. My family is all over the world at different times of the year, so the moments we have together are always memorable, precious, and fun. But because we’re always so busy during the year, I love the holidays because it means that we will be getting together to do everything and nothing at all. Our favorite thing to do together though is travel. For my son’s birthday, we went to Thailand to give him a little R&R and decided to go with the Rosewood Phuket Resort. It’s modern in design with environmentally conscious details to blend in with the surrounding beach, forest, and wetlands. There are 71 pavilions and villas available, making it perfect for taking the whole family, and with their four authentic restaurants and bars on the property, there isn’t really a reason to leave. Service is friendly and warm, and since they knew it was Jared’s birthday, we were welcomed with a sweet set up to celebrate his special, a personalized touch that made our stay memorable!

In addition to the various pools on the properties and wellness treatments, we loved hanging out at the beach. Families can take advantage of the kids club to keep the little ones happy and entertained while you go out and explore Old Phuket Town or the outlying islands. And with the holiday season coming up, there’s no better time to book your family trip now! The Rosewood Group is celebrating their 12 Days of Rosewood, with different travel packages that hit each of their different properties in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Living in Hong Kong, I love taking advantage of their packages for Asia, and with Thailand being so close by, it has become Jared and my special place.

During the 12 Days of Rosewood, you can book a package to stay at the Rosewood Phuket, inclusive of a fun and cultural experience focusing on the local Thai art scene. In addition to touring Phuket Old Town, you’ll be led by prominent street artist Alex Face, complete with a private graffiti workshop that will send you home with new skills and stencils. With Christmas coming up and my family all getting together, we’re already looking at which packages we’ll be booking. For more information regarding the packages and different cities available, check out the 12 Days of Rosewood here. Everything is right at your fingertips with their easy to use website – just select your destination, get all the information, and book online. Let me know which travel package excites you most!
