逸東軒早前推出「想點就點」自選點心菜單,三十款米芝蓮的星級手工點,每款只需HK$38。由於反應熱烈,現把日期推廣至5月29日,於星期一至五限定推出,公眾假期除外,快來跟朋友或家人來一個點心聚。


先來選了幾款蒸點心,筍尖鮮蝦餃(Steamed Fresh Shrimp Dumplings with Bamboo Shoot)及帶子蒸燒賣(Steamed Pork Dumpling with Fresh Scallop)蝦餃鮮爽,燒賣口感一如以往的爽口好吃,還有瑤柱帶子菜苗餃(Steamed Seafood Dumplings with Conpoy & Vegetable)及麵醬蒸排骨(Steamed Pork Spare Rib with Soy Bean Sauce),菜苗餃味道相對清淡,吃到陣陣清甜味,個人愛吃排骨,都是喝茶必點的點心之一。

鮮蝦腐皮卷(Deep-Fried Bean Curd Sheet Rolls with Shrimp)XO醬炒蘿蔔糕(Wok-Fried Turnip Puddings with XO Sauce)金沙脆豆腐(Deep-Fried Diced Bean Curd with Salted Egg Yolk & Crispy Garlic),三款香口又惹味的小吃,最愛是金沙脆豆腐,常常來到也吃這個外脆內嫩,水準保持。

推介要吃脆皮流沙包(Deep-Fried Custard Bun with Eggyolk)流沙餡料鹹香濃郁,另外酥皮叉燒焗餐包(Baked Barbecued Pork Bun)合桃叉燒酥(Baked Barbecued Pork Puff Pastry with Walnut)蜂巢海鮮芋角(Deep-Fried Taro Puffs with Assorted Seafood),三款焗炸包點酥點,芋角令人有驚喜,入口不會油膩,叉燒包餡料滿滿的,口感豐富,味道亦好。

除了優惠點心,逸東軒的叉燒都是不錯,來一客雙拼脆皮燒腩仔拼明爐蜜汁叉燒(Signature Roasted Pork Belly & Honey-glazed Barbecued Pork)HK$368,叉燒相當軟腍,蜜甜入味而不膩,燒腩仔皮脆香口,同樣美味。

籠仔荷葉陳皮生煎雞焗飯(Steamed Rice with Pan-fried Chicken and Mandarin Peel Served in Lotus Leaf)HK$298,陳皮生煎雞是餐廳的招牌菜之一,煎得嫩滑又香口的雞柳肉配上荷葉飯,還有不少沙薑及陳皮調味,連飯一起吃好好吃。
