I was recently invited by Joyce to show how I would style and wear some fall winter pieces as part of their Joyce Style Icon online campaign.
This Proenza Schouler silk box pleat dress is really me – the perfect day to night little black dress. The Marni mini satchel style shoulder bag adds a splash of colour and teamed with platform loafers creates a casual, sporty luxe vibe. Just switch the accessories to heels and a clutch bag for an evening look.

The catwalks were awash with full, mid length skirts for this season. Christian Dior, Prada and Valentino were amongst some of the brands that heralded this item of clothing. Often overlooked, the full skirt is in fact extremely flattering – slimming legs and creating a neat, feminine silhouette.
I am contrasting textures by wearing this TOGA skirt with a chunky cable sleeveless jumper from Phillip Lim. I have a weakness for knitted pieces (I am a knitwear designer after all) and love the traditional cables and bobbles on the modern shape.

No need for jewellery or fussy accessories with this outfit. A white shirt is adorned with oversized jewels on the button placket and Marni manages to make this look modern. I have tucked it into a printed A-line skirt for an easy to wear ensemble.

I have been really into boyfriend jeans for the last couple of years – either distressed or with a big turn up – as they're so easy to mix and match. I fell in LOVE with these patchwork boyfriend jeans as soon as I saw them come down the Junya Watanabe Comme Des Garcons catwalk.
