Yakitori Omakase in the heart of London

It’s never easy to find authentic Japanese food in London, let alone one with quality ingredients and reasonably affordable price tags. The much loved Jidori, the Japanese yakitori and small plates restaurant, opened its first door since 2 years ago in Dalston, it has finally opened its second site in Covent Garden. Spread over three floors of a Georgian terrace on Catherine Street in the heart of Theatreland, Jidori can seat approximately 50 diners and will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. The design takes inspiration from the vibrant restaurant and bar scene of Tokyo, where the streets are a maze of tiny drinkin...

Ever since Romy Fraser opens the first Neal’s Yard Apothecary store in 1981, the brand has always believed in n...

A hidden gem in Covent Garden

There’s something about London that I really love, is discovering the fun and hidden gem within places that you thought you’ve always known. Just next to Covent Garden, Seven Dials area is a very lively area that often been missed. Set within Seven Dials, Neals Yard is my favourite little area. Just hidden in the middle of seven dials, neals yard has lots of small restaurants and painted with colourful walls, you walked into an area that for a moment you don’t remember you’re actually in central London.   If you want a little chilled french cuisine with some really good wine, Compagnie Des Vins Surnaturels is one of a good c...
