Who doesn't recognize these signature stylist Globe- Trotter suitcases?  The premium quality leather, the double belts, the golden click, everything just so chic and luxurious. I've always wanted one of these suitcases, but I've always struggled with the idea of having to check them in and handing in someone else's hands..what if they're being mistreated? what if they're scratched? what if they're lost?! No, i cannot bear that thought.

Earlier last week, the iconic British luxury brand which dates back to 1897, celebrated the launch of its new flagship in the converted Georgian Townhouse at 35 Albemarle Street, London, marking the latest development for the brand, yet still remains the only luxury suitcase manufacturer in Britain. The new flagship spreads over 2 floors, with an all-new bespoke lounge and an archive museum showcasing some of the brand's cases on the top floor, there are also collaboration cases with different brands and design houses such as Hermes and Maison Martin Margiela etc.  The brand also launched an addition to the suitcase offering in the all new Albemarle edition, limited and exclusive to the new flagship. A distinctive mix of the original Navy board trimmed with a combination of Caramel and Red leather, each case is hand lined with a bespoke print inspired by the North Star device logo from the 1912 catalogue.
